I've been going to the Frankfort Starbucks almost daily for several year. The reason I keep coming back are the employees. They work above and beyond. Always greeting you by name when you come in and always suggesting new drink you may enjoy instead of your mainstay.
This is Frankfort Starbucks new location. I like that there is more room. There is a neat bar area which is cool also. More stools there would be nice. I also think it's rather cold and sterile inside. A fireplace would have been nice as well as big comfy chairs and sofas in several areas since it is so big. Patrons like to stay and hang out here. Maybe the owners still have plans to make these types of changes.
The only other draw back of the new store is the parking situation.
But that won't keep me from picking up my favorite morning drink. -

I am an advocate Starbucks customer and I was a fan of this location, until today. I passed two other Starbucks to visit this location because they always seem make my daily drink just right. I ordered my usual and decided to splurge on an old fashioned donut. When ordering the old fashioned donut I requested to have it warmed up; not unusual. I drive around to the drive thru window and the barista says "when can't warm your donut" I asked why and stated I've gotten a donut warmed up several times in the past. She said "our old manager use to allow us to warm up donut ,but our new manager said no it's against policy". BLANK STARE!! when did warming up food become a "store policy"? it sounds like a bunch of crap to me, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I say all that to say a personal choice shouldn't be brought into a corporate establishment especially if it impacts others. Dear Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms. Manager please stick to the real corporate policies and keep your personal preferences at the door.

This remodeled Burger King is the worst most uncomfortable location ever! Cheap wood chairs with one small cluster of leather seating inhabited by squatters who no matter when you come will be camped out. Wood church pews line the entire length of this place adding to your choice of wether to sit on oak or pine. Sure looks like this place was trying to save a buck when they designed it.
Hate this Starbucks, you will too. -

They are still working out some of the bumps here but it's so great to have a drive through so close.
The old location was cramped and cold, the new one is spacious and still a bit cold. Probably a good plan so people won't stay all day.
This one is glitzy and new but lacks the comfy chairs from the old spot. Wish those had come over.
They have tons of super polite staff, chairs and outlets. I love the drive through but don't feel this spot is as cozy.
Bring in those overstuffed chairs and I shall review again! -

I go to Starbucks daily for my usual coffee with steamed milk. It is made perfectly every day. Sometimes I go through the drive thru and sometimes I go in. I am always greeted by an employee. I look forward to seeing the employees in the morning. They always bring a smile to my face. This feels more like a local coffee shop than a Starbucks and that is a good thing.
